Once your EPIMS data has been exported we can begin the rollover process. All form changes need to be completed prior to completing the rollover process.
If you have any changes that need to be made please fill out this form. Form changes are completed in the order they are received. You will receive notification via email once the changes have been made.
Please note that all form changes need to be submitted by 8/7/2020. Form changes submitted after this date and after the rollover is completed will not be accepted.
After we have been notified via form that Formative and Summative evaluations and form and template changes have been completed, we will begin the rollover process. Districts may request a rollover date. If no date is indicated the process will be completed in the order the request is received.
