In this lesson, you will review how to add new evidence through the Evidence Board. Evidence can be added to an evidence portfolio through the Evidence Board or through the person's Plan.
Where to Start
After accessing an educator’s evidence board, you can add evidence into the portfolio by following the steps below.
Option 1: Adding Evidence through the Evidence Board
Click Add Evidence on the top left hand side of the evidence Board.
Enter in a title and description for the evidence you would like to add.
If there is more than one plan assigned to the teacher or student, select the plan to submit the evidence towards.
Select the step of the plan that the evidence supports.
Click Pick Attachment and select the file you would like to add.
Click Upload to submit the evidence.
A confirmation will come up that the evidence was uploaded. Click Ok and refresh your browser to see the added evidence.
Click View/Modify Standards underneath the preview to select which standards the evidence supports.
Check the boxes next to the standards that apply and then click Save.
