In this lesson, you will review how to delete evidence in Insights.
Where to Start
Evidence can be removed from the Evidence board or from the plan. To review how to access a person's Evidence Board, see the guide Plans: Accessing Evidence Boards.
Option 1: Deleting Evidence through the Evidence Board
Locate the file you would like to remove and click the trash can icon.
Click Delete to confirm.
Note: A confirmation will appear on the right side of the screen to show the evidence deleted successfully.
Option 2: Deleting Evidence from the Plan
Locate the To-Do item of the plan the evidence is listed in; items with a floppy disc icon have evidence attached. Click on the gear on the bottom right side of the step.
Click View/Add Attachments.
Scroll down to see the attachments. Click the red circle on the right in the row of the attachment you would like to remove.
The evidence will be removed from the page. Click OK.
Note: You will then be redirected back to the Plan. Refresh the page to load the changes.
