Plans: Accessing Evidence Boards

The evidence board can be accessed in two ways: from the Home Page or from the Plans section.

From the Start page, click Evidence.

This will bring up the evidence portfolio for the user that is currently logged in.

In the drop down menu on the top right, select the person whose Evidence Board you would like to view.

Note:Users can access the Evidence Boards of educators whose evaluations they have access to. A user will have access to an educators evaluation if they are a Team Member, Contributor, or Plan Owner.

From the Start Page, click Plans on the left hand side.

Click the plan category you would like on the left hand side.

Find the plan for the person you would like and click on the title of the plan.

Click on View Evidence Board on the top left hand side of the plan.

You will then be taken to the evidence portfolio of that person.
