The Virtual Data wall can be used to graph student performance based on different sets of data.
Where to Start
Click the Virtual Data Wall tab and select Student.
Adding Data Measures
To view assessment data, click Assessments and select the exam data you wish to load.
Select the school year and check off the data type you'd like to view. When you've finished selecting exam data, click OK.
Once loaded, the assessments display within the filters on the left.
Accessing Graph View
By default the Virtual Data Wall is displayed in grid view and sorted by last name. You can switch to graph view so that student cards are displayed based on where their scoresfall in the graph. To change the sort, click the drop down on the top right. In the example below the students are sorted by the assessment level. The red numbers at the bottom of the graph indicate the number of students within each measure.
For assessment scores, you can filter for students that have scored within a certain range. To do this, click the score filter on the left. In the graph, move the start and end slider to select your range. The Virtual Data Wall graph will begin to filter for the range you select. You can repeat this process for Performance Measures and Assessment Growth.
